Hello! I'm in the IT department managing SaaS applications that are deployed internally at Citrix. As you are likely aware, Wrike is now a part of the larger Citrix family and we are super excited to have deployed Wrike internally and starting to migrate from multiple other tools to Wrike for all Work Management oriented activity. Before Citrix, I worked at Symantec for 19 1/2 years in Cyber Security. I look forward to working with this community to learn best practices and functionality along with partnering internally with the Wrikers that have joined Citrix!

Hi Everybody.
I'm in marketing at a software company, and we use Wrike to help us manage all of the projects that we have running on a day-to-day basis.ย
We recently merged with another company and have completed the process of onboarding them to Wrike. They're very excited about using the product, and we already see a boast in collaboration.ย
I'm glad to be part of the Wrike Community and excited to see all of the innovative ways people use the product.ย
We're happy to have you here Jonathan Dew, welcome to the Community ๐
Hello everybody,
I am a mix between a consultant and business improver. So I find ways to improve the current processes in the department where I work. Is recently started with Wrike and it is growing pretty fast in the organisation. I deliver most of the support to the people here since it is one of my main tasks to get people to work with Wrike. When I started here half a year ago it wasn't that big but we are improving a lot these days and more and more people are understanding and working with it.
I also really like this community since the response time is really quick so I can easily learn new things and help people with problem I don't know the answer to yet :)
Hi!
I had never heard of Wrike before I got hired at my current company where we develop, source, and market bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products for home and commercial use. We use Wrike to schedule and track our cross-functional products - sales, operations, sourcing, and marketing. I have been making adjustments to the blueprints and tasks since I started 2 years ago to make Wrike more functional for our team members.
Thank you for taking the time to introduce yourselves Pieter Koens, Denise Runge, great to have you as part of our Community!
Hello, everyone!
I work as a Project Coordinator for a company that designs and sells equipment for industrial automation.
We have been using Wrike for 2 years already, and it helped us a lot to automate our work and control workload.
Looking forward to seeing new features released by Wrike ๐
Hi Rita, welcome to the Community!
It's great to have you here. Keep an eye on our Weekly Release Notes, we have more releases coming ๐
Hello,ย
I am part of a brand new internal consulting team focused on operational controls and process improvement.ย We have just completed our onboarding (Adam was great!), and we are spending a lot of time with Analyze.ย All of us have diverse backgrounds (IT, Finance, Procurement, Data Analysis) so Wrike is going to help us execute our projects supporting our various business units.ย
Just getting going, and very excited for the journey!

Hi!ย Not new to the Wrike Community, but I've discovered this thread and having so much fun reading the intros!ย I'm the senior manager of creative operations for Sony Creative Center and have been using Wrike for 5+ years.ย I love it so much I probably talk about it everyday!ย :)
About me: I list in West Los Angeles with my husband, two kids (twin girls), and our cat.ย I've taken the opportunity to gain PMP certification during the pandemic, and to also discover my love of pilates (which still kicks my ass everytime).
I hope to continue hearing about ways of automation in Wrike and also how teams have integrated approval workflows with non-users.
Hi Cheryl Venable, we're so happy to have you here! I myself have 2 cats ๐ฑ
Thank you for your positive feedback as well, great to hear you enjoy using Wrike! We'll have more updates coming on Automation this year ๐
Hey Wrike Community!
Not sure why I missed this, but I've been using Wrike since on boarding at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the summer of 2020.
I work within the Academic Innovation Division and under Instructional Design & Development. We help produce various media used in online courses. My background is in video & photography, graduating with a BFA from SCAD in 2011.

Enjoy this community and looking forward to learning more about Wrike and those that use it or are just getting started!

Hi Sean Wright!
It's great to have you here ๐๐ผย Thank you for sharing a bit of your background and some fun facts! I was also a MySpace fan, feels like a million years ago ๐ง
Nice to meet all of you!ย
I'm Jack and fairly new to the Wrike community and experience
I was wondering if there were some tips or resources on getting certified? Some practice or notes maybe? Thank you!ย
Hi Jack O'Brien, welcome to the Community!
A good practice to complement your certification is our Wrike Discover Courses, you can choose a learning path according to your needs. Our Product Mastery certifications do also have Core Wrike functionality training so you'd not need much to start except an account ๐
And as always, you can ask your questions here on the Community. We're happy to help ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Hi all, nice to meet you!
I am not new to Wrike, but just discovered this Wrike Community and am excited to connect with other Wrike users and learn about how you're using Wrike. I work at the University of Oregon managing many of our executive communications and mass email systems.ย
A couple of facts about me:

Hi there! Lyndsey (they/them/theirs) here :)
I'm a Technical Support Engineer at Stiqibit, LLCย we provide remote technical support for a number of philanthropic organizations that outsource their IT needs to us. We actually manage a few Wrike instances for our clients and one for our own internal needs! I love the Dashboards, ability to cross tag items, and multi-view for projects. Being able to view projects and tasks in different ways is crucial when meeting a variety of needs.
Our number one goal for Stiqibit Wrike is to migrate from our existing ticketing system (Autotask) so that we can use Wrike for external requests as well as internal projects. I would love to learn how other teams are using Wrike as a ticketing system.
Fun facts:
- I'm obsessed with roller skating and skate daily :)ย
- I have a pet cat (Yo), Ball python (Sherlock Monty Holmes), and dog (Sig) that all wish I would give them more attention and my computer less
- I'm an avid Bullet Journal-er and highly recommend checking out the method by Ryder Carroll for analog life management outside of Wrike
Happy to connect with other Wriker's ๐
Hi Lyndsey Pressley, welcome to the Community!
It's great to get to know you and what you do at Stiqibit! I actually am a fan of Dashboards myself (not to be biased) ๐
It might be interesting for you to check out our use case template on External Service Desk and Ticketing, there might be some useful information or inspiration. Also, please feel free to create a post about it, maybe other members have tips/advice to share.ย
