I am Jessica Stowell and I work at Radford University in Radford Virginia. I have a background in Institutional Research and Effectiveness and now am the Assistant Provost.  I am a long time Wrike user but introducing it here at Radford for a 2 year implementation of the new general education program so I will be bringing faculty on board with using a project management software for the first time.  I have two kids and four cats

What fascinates me about Wrike and what I’m eager to explore:

• Best practices in Wrike deployments: I’d love to see how other institutions organize Spaces, Projects, custom templates and workflows.
• Automated intake scenarios: Interested in any success stories around automated intake, asset management and updating request forms.
• Structuring for campaign-heavy teams: I’m refining our approach to brand campaigns and content workflows and need to explore strategies to improve existing workflows around content, design and video production.
• Reporting and tracking: Tips on building better dashboards, workload views and custom fields that would help our globally distributed teams stay transparent and aligned.

We’ve been using Wrike to support cross-functional teams like IT, Marketing, and Procurement—and it’s been a game changer. Before Wrike, we were juggling emails, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups, which made it hard to track requests and maintain consistency.
Now, we’ve centralized our intake processes with request forms, automated recurring tasks, and integrated Wrike with tools like SharePoint and Excel to support specific use cases.
I’ve led Wrike adoption across our organization, tailoring solutions to meet diverse needs. Our efforts were recently recognized with the Best Wrike Adoption Award 2025, which was a huge honor!

I’m Emile Dietrich, a Senior Client Success Manager at Jellyfish, where I oversee process improvement and platform adoption across our creative services teams. I’m currently supporting the rollout of Wrike as our central project management platform to streamline workflows across design, production, and content operations.

Our goal is to bring more visibility, consistency, and efficiency to how our creative projects move from brief to delivery — and Wrike is a big part of making that happen. Hi there. My name is Dan McCullough and I am the Marketing Associate at Dupaco Credit Union in Dubuque, Iowa. We are a non-profit credit union that loves to do all we can to give back to the community. 

I've lived in Colorado and I do miss it there, but a lot of my closest family and friends are in Iowa. I used to be a winemaker before joining the financial industry. I play tennis regularly, and I love watching hockey. My team is the New York Rangers. 

We utilize Wrike all throughout our enterprise, especially in Marketing and our Project Management Office. I am looking forward to learning a lot about this program and hopefully share my knowledge with the rest of the employees that use Wrike.

Hi All - My name's Adam Katz and I absolutely love Wrike! It's been my secret to success at my job, helping me stay organized, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, plan out projects, save incredible amounts of time, and massively reduce stress and anxiety. 

I work in a nonprofit, managing programs worth millions and millions of dollars, and me and my team help other nonprofits through these programs. I couldn't do it without Wrike.

I'm from Massachusetts, but now live in New Jersey with my wife and kids.
