Hi Jesse, thanks for this feedback and welcome to the Community! Let's take at these one by one.
1. Refresh button. This exists in the window menu, or by pressing cmd+R (or CTRL+R for Windows).
2.Tabs. We actually have started to look at adding tabs to Desktop and you can learn how to enable it here.
3. Back button. This exists in the Desktop app under 'Window' or with 'cmd+[' for Mac.
4. Currently, an undo button is not available in any version of Wrike. Undo actions appear as an alert after making a meaningful change n Wrike and you have about 6 seconds to use it. The reason for this, Wrike is a real-time collaboration tool. Having the ability to auto-undo may cause confusion in realtime for other users and actually increase the time to complete a job. However, our team is working on understanding where undo seems to be needed most and create functionalities to help in those areas.
I understand you're looking to make these options possible and to improve the ones that exist so thank you for sharing your thoughts here. We'll ensure this feedback is passed to the Desktop team who are always eager to hear about how people are using the app 😊
