I have created several custom statuses for my projects and I would like to use the Wrike e-mail integration to update them.
However I've asked around in the how-to forum and I was told that the e-mail integration does not support this functionality, because it is limited to setting the task to Active, Completed, Deferred or Cancelled state groups.
So I would like to kindly request the development of this feature.

Does your email client support the Wrike Add-In? That could be a good short-term fix. In the long-term, I agree with you.
Hi,
I am using gmail, so yes it does. However, I don't think that this is a good fix for me, because in the gmail integration I can only create a new task from an e-mail. I cannot, for example, tell Wrike that an e-mail belongs to an existing task and update it accordingly.
Therefore, I cannot plan my tasks ahead, because I have to send an e-mail first so that I can create a new task from it. Also, I cannot assign multiple e-mails with different subjects to the same task.

Hi Felipe, I just want to check you're using the new Add-on we have for Gmail which has a little more functionality, especially in emails you receive about Wrike tasks.

Yes, I am using your Gmail Add-on, however since the first step is always to create a new task, I cannot, for example, say that a given e-mail is part of a task that was already created and update this task's status.
