Windows desktop app crashing repeatedly

I've been experiencing unexpected, frequent crashes of the Windows desktop app for a few months/versions now. I fully uninstalled, and reinstalled vers 1.5.0.648 today and am still experiencing these unexpected crash errors. They happen around a variety of actions, from changing a task status to searching to opening up a nested list of subtasks to commenting on a task. The Windows app is so unstable it's defeating.

I have been experiencing the same issues as Kate has. Unexpected, frequent crashes of the Windows desktop app, not resolved by updating, removing and re-installing. Most often, Wrike will crash when I am mentioned in a task with the "@[name]" function. After it crashes, the Wrike app icon will no longer be pinned to my my task bar. Incredibly frustrating.

-Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1

-Wrike version 1.6.0 (no newer updates available according the "Help" link

Nancy and Stephen - Support was able to help me directly by reviewing the logs from my machine, but the thing that seemed to resolve the issue was changing a setting in File > Preferences - uncheck "Enable Fast Loading of New Windows". Could be worth a shot while you are waiting on a Support case!

Hello

Is there any news on this topic? I face similar issues. The app crashes even if it is hidden and I do nothing with it.

Same issues here. Wrike desktop just closes randomly every 15 - 45 minutes.

I use the app because via the browser it becomes too slow to work with.

Hi - My Wrike app has been shutting down randomly several times a day. This is happening to several of my team mates. We've uninstalled and re-installed the latest version. Is there a solve for this?
