I am experiencing the same issue with wrike. I need to proof my employees work and this is really slowing us down. All I get is the spinning loading wheel. Sometimes it will play audio, but no video. and sometime it will eventually play 6 hours later, but you can't re-size the video, and it stays at like 630x480 or something.
