Too much time was wasted during this webinar on creating a request form. During an expert class, attendees should know how to create a request form and just want to know how to use them to manage high volumes of work. There are other videos and tutorials that show how to create request forms. Have them already created for the sake of this class. Thanks!
@Danielle thank you so much for that feedback, it's incredibly valuable! Could you tell me a little more about what you would have liked to go over instead? Is it about learning more advanced Request functionality (like mapping answers, launching a Project from a Request, etc) or would you like more on how to incorporate Requests into your processes to streamline things?

It was interesting seeing how the request form could be used to create new projects but unfortunately it doesn't apply to our work. I was hoping to learn more about how the dashboard, my work, and reports can help PMs manage multiple projects at once.
