Comments sometimes not posting correctly in iPad app

We have a user who is sometimes experiencing issues posting comments on the ipad app. For instance, last night he posted a comment (with tags) to a task on ipad, and although he could see it, others couldn't. That comment eventually posted this morning, after he used Wrike on his laptop, and is now visible to everyone.

I have not been able to reproduce this issue with him. He thinks this has happened before, but he isn't sure.

He's using the most up-to-date iOS version (11.2.6), it's an iPad Pro, and he updated Wrike two days ago when the new release came out.

At this point, he isn't comfortable using the iPad app at all, since this issue can cause significant confusion when it happens. For instance, in the comment he posted the other day, he put a list of changes to a document, which was then ostensibly lost for 12 hours. Then when it showed up this morning, it contained out-of-date information that then caused confusion for the team. So until he has some assurance this won't happen again, he's not going to be comfortable using the ipad app. I realize it's going to be hard to resolve this, considering our inability to reproduce the issue, but I'd appreciate any ideas you all have.

Update: This has also happened to another team member, but this time on the iphone app. They posted a comment on iphone, but it didn't post for 1-2 hours, and only posted once he noticed and refreshed the app.
