Finding an available period for a meeting

Hi,

Here is the situation : I want to organize a meeting with a significative number of people of my team.
This meeting lasts 1, 2 or more days, and I want to find the first available period in the next weeks or months (my team is very busy...)

Of course, I could look at the workload view and scroll -after filtering on all my public- until I find this period, but I'm lazy, and I wonder why I don't have a simple function that just asks me the lentgh of my meeting : the period in which it should be attended, the people concerned, and then reply me when -and if- it is possible, and -if not, when it seems to be the less difficult to organize with the minimum of replanification.

would be cool...
thanks

Outlook does this, I personally would recommend using that to schedule and Wrike purely for notes

In our organization, we do not use Outlook, and do not want to...😉

Ivan, I agree with Laurent. One of the big draws of Wrike we're observing is the potential for Wrike to become our one-stop shop for productivity. The more things Wrike does not do, the less achievable that goal is.

I would LOVE to use Wrike as a one stop shop as well but found it doesnt work that way for us.

Just curious Laurent what do you use if you dont use Outlook for email, calendar, etc.?  I have to use seperate solutions for email/calendar, file storage, crm, and it is frustrating to have multiple platforms but never found a better way.
