I've started a folder available to all users within the "Wrike Knowledge Base" with a "Tip of the Day" task which I keep as New. I then have a subtask with a new tip as we go through these early days of implementation. In comments I have a user group set up for "all users" and via @mention I'll send everyone a new tip. For example - today I shared a tip about the importance of the client custom field for our reports.
This seems to be going over well but I would love to hear if other Wrikers are managing communications to their team members differently. Comment below!🤓
