Adding "Emoji" or "Reactions"/"Likes" to File Review Comments

It would be awesome to be able to incorporate a feature into the "Review" comments, that allows someone to add a reaction, Emoji, etc., similar to a main Comment.

Occasionally, when my team is reviewing a file, it would be helpful to be able to "upvote" or "like" an existing Review comment, essentially to indicate "I second this!" This ability is in place already in Comments, with Emoji reactions, so even something like that could be a helpful addition to the Review feature.
