Feedback on the Request Form View for Requesters
Hello Wrike Community,
We really appreciate the improvements made to request form management.
But what about the requester experience?
We often hear feedback that the interface for requesters could be more intuitive. Right now, the list of available request forms feels unorganized, especially compared to other tools that offer grouping by topic or type. For users who aren’t familiar with Wrike, this can be confusing and discouraging, and it may even slow down adoption.
Here are a few ideas that could help:
-
Add categories or tags to group related forms.
-
Let admins pin or feature key forms at the top.
-
Include short descriptions or tooltips to explain each form’s purpose.
-
Improve the overall design to make navigation easier.
These changes could make a big difference in helping requesters feel more confident and efficient when submitting work through Wrike.
What do you think?
thanks
