Alina from Product team here ๐ I am happy to announce 3 of our recent updates to help you optimize your setups and make Wrike easier to navigate around.
Alongside with Workflows, now you can quickly analyze which Forms and Custom item types are frequently used by your teams, and which ones are collecting dust and could be removed. On top of that, it is also now possible to export the configuration overviews to Excel to play with the data separately,
Usage analytics
- Time used total, Times used this month โ how many times the form was submitted, how many times items from this CIT were created
- Last used on, Last used by โ who was the last one to use it and when
Export to Excel available for
- Forms
- Custom item types
- Spaces
- Workflows
- Custom fields ("copy to clipboard")
Quick tip ๐ก Group your configuration table by Times used (submitted or created) total or Last usedย (submitted or created) date > Timeline.ย Find the configurations that have never been used (show up as 0 in usage columns) and simply remove them to cleanup your workspace and reduce execution errors. For Forms, you can toggle them off via mass actions. For Custom item types, you can delete them (but stay tuned for more updated on deactivation capability ๐).

I am so excited for this update!!ย We have so many request forms and it's sometimes hard to know which ones are in use and how frequently they are used.ย This will help immensely with our governance and admin of Wrike. Thank you for this update.
ย Will there be the capability to see how many times the form was submitted within a specific timeframe?ย Often at the end of the year we like to report on the number of times the form was submitted for the year.
