Useful Tip for Automation
We created an automated workflow in Wrike using the Automation features. The rule we set up monitors projects to check when all tasks within them are marked completed and once the last task is finished up, Wrike automatically updates the project status to “Completed” and moves the project into our Completed folder. This saves us so much time each week! Then, at the end of the year when we go to archieve projects or generate a report all of the data is where it needs to be up to the current day!
We have a daily podcast that requires marking the tasks as we go and this allows us to get ahead and work smarter while saving some time each day. It is very useful and I think that other users should take advantage of this if they aren't already! Thanks for reading.
