Open Panel View

Team members, when working from a task dashboard, would like a different experience when they click on a task. 

They would like to see the open panel view that has the project panel on the right and their task panel on the left. Our team members have been trained to ALWAYs review the original project request to understand the context of their task. But current navigation does not make it easy for person assigned to the task to see both the Project panel and the task panel simultaneously. And there's lots of clicks and easy to get lost.
