Using Custom Item Types in Custom Analytics Board

Hi community,

I just started my Wrike Analyze training and I've been having a hard time understanding how to use the custom item types with the custom analytics board. Formerly, when using Dashboards, it was much easier to filter based on custom item types.

For example, how do I create a widget for all budget plans across the various projects in the account? I'd usually use the customised "budget plan" CIT for this and all budget plans will show up. However, the custom analytics board only shows projects and tasks which has been difficult to work with.

What am I doing wrong please?

Hi Maryam Kadiri!

You can filter CIT by "Project Item Type" if it's a project CIT, or "Task Item Type" if it's a task CIT. You can add that filter on the board level to affect all the widgets at once.
