Folllowing List for Post: New users
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
1. Wrike is super flexible - if you don't like how something looks, or how the data is presented to you, then change your views, set filters and groupings, or access through Dashboards or Reports.
2. It's really hard to truly break something unless you have account-level admin permissions. Most regular users express worry about breaking something or accidentally deleting something, and as long as they don't have account-level admin rights (which they shouldn't, as brand new users) then they really don't have to worry. It's all fixable.
3. Wrike is designed not just to organize tasks and projects. It is designed to replace email and messaging, collate project documents with their associated projects and tasks, and eliminate manual hand-offs between resources. BUT, it can only do all these things if your team is willing to change their routines and habits. Without that willingness, communications will continue to be disjointed and documents will continue to be hard to find in a system disconnected from the project or task they are associated with.
1. Decide on things like custom fields and what you want to report on early in your onboarding process. Wrike is so powerful and has the ability to report on lots of important things but it only works if you use it correctly and set up the custom fields and ensure team members know.
2. You just have to get in and start using it. The best way to learn is to use it. We have lots of hints and tips in our training resources folder to help with common queries and how to's.
3. Some of our teams designated a 'Wrike Week' after they had been onboarded - this is where they focused on adding all their upcoming projects etc into Wrike and getting themselves set up. Also dashboards are super useful and I always recommend having at least a team dashboard and a personal dashboard
