Simplifying Work with Automation Rules ๐
One of our favorite ways to save time in Wrike is by using Automation Rules to streamline our marketing request process. Hereโs how we use them:
-
Automatic status updates: When a task is moved to โIn Progress,โ Wrike automatically notifies the requester that their brief is being worked on.
-
Reminders for pending feedback: If a task stays in โWaiting for Feedbackโ for 3 days, an automation sends a reminder to the Brand Manager to review and respond.
-
Smart task sorting: When a request comes in through our Request Form, Wrike automatically tags it with the brand and moves it into the correct folder for that brandโs projects.
These simple automations have reduced repetitive admin work and helped our team focus on creative tasks instead of chasing updates.
Tip: Start smallโset up one rule for automatic notifications and build from there. Itโs amazing how much time youโll save.
Hey Paula Barrientos! Thank you so much for sharing how you use Automation Rules. Iโm sure others will find this helpful! ๐๐๐ฝ
