Simplifying Work with Automation Rules ๐Ÿš€

One of our favorite ways to save time in Wrike is by using Automation Rules to streamline our marketing request process. Hereโ€™s how we use them:

  • Automatic status updates: When a task is moved to โ€œIn Progress,โ€ Wrike automatically notifies the requester that their brief is being worked on.

  • Reminders for pending feedback: If a task stays in โ€œWaiting for Feedbackโ€ for 3 days, an automation sends a reminder to the Brand Manager to review and respond.

  • Smart task sorting: When a request comes in through our Request Form, Wrike automatically tags it with the brand and moves it into the correct folder for that brandโ€™s projects.

These simple automations have reduced repetitive admin work and helped our team focus on creative tasks instead of chasing updates.

Tip: Start smallโ€”set up one rule for automatic notifications and build from there. Itโ€™s amazing how much time youโ€™ll save.
