Account-wide Blueprints should function the same as account-wide custom item types and custom fields

We have several blueprints that need to be accessed from different Spaces. Currently, a user can create a Blueprint that is "account-wide," but it does not function the same as other account level features such as Custom Item Type or Custom Fields. Instead, the blueprint must be shared with specific people in order for those users to use the blueprint. The blueprint is completely hidden otherwise. 

This is creating a lot of extra work to ensure across our 100+ users they each get access to the right blueprint(s). It's not intuitive to know about the required sharing, and without our Wrike Consultant we would not have figured that out.
