Hi Community! ๐Ÿ‘‹

Thank you to all who joined us for last weekโ€™s Table View webinar! Weโ€™re thrilled by your engagement and the thoughtful questions you brought to this session! ๐Ÿ’š

In this post, weโ€™ll share available resources on Table View as well as recent & upcoming enhancements ๐Ÿ‘‡

As you know, weโ€™ve invested heavily in Table View - combining the best features of List & old Table views into one powerful, flexible interface. We know this is a significant change for many teams, and our recent webinar was designed to support you in making the most of Table View.

Our Product team shared the latest enhancements and upcoming improvements, while our Customer Success Manager demonstrated practical tips and relevant use cases to help your team transition smoothly.

Weโ€™re also working on a short video on Table view and weโ€™ll be sharing it once itโ€™s live! It will also be shown to users in the app.ย

Whatโ€™s Next ๐ŸŽฏ

List View Sunset: The move to Table View is happening in batches, with full retirement of List View targeted for early Q3. If you would like to know the exact date for your account, or have other specific concerns, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager directly.

Your Feedback & Ongoing Support: We received over 90 questions during the webinar Q&A - far more than we could answer live. We are considering creating a follow-up video to address the most common themes and questions. Weโ€™ll update you here if this resource becomes available.

If you feel your feedback wasnโ€™t addressed during the session, or would like a one-on-one conversation about Table View and the transition, please let us know in the comments. We may be able to arrange a direct call with Slava Kogan, our Product Manager for Table view.

I appreciate the continued updates to new table view, excited for a lot of these.

One piece of feedback on the additional views available if the window size permits, the current implementation doesn't strike a good balance between showing additional views and providing quick access to the actions to the right of the views.ย

In my attached screenshot, there's nine views shown and if I'm doing mass actions all of the actions are now hidden under the three-dot menu, so there's 2-3x as many clicks / mouse movements to get to the final action I'm looking for.

In this use case I'd be happy if the views maxed out at 5, or if I start doing mass actions if the entire view display changed to action buttons with just my selected view displayed, since I'm not changing views while doing mass actions.

Hi Lisa, I just watched the recording and was quite upset about a wrong claim Dury Bell made at about 12:30min: Dury explains that every change to a view is personally and will not affect what others see. That is definetely wrong. It was true with the old ("classic") views, but since the transition to custom views (see [From Wrike] Transition to Custom Views ๐Ÿ“Œ โ€“ Wrike Help Center), you need to create a personal view if you don't wanna affect others.
