Duplicate Request Form Notifications on Mobile After Opening in Desktop Inbox

I'm experiencing an issue where I receive a mobile app notification about a new task assigned to me after I've opened the notification in my Wrike inbox on desktop, even though I've already received the mobile app notification when the activity first occurred. See screenshot of example with timestamps. 

Additional context:

  • The issue also occurs if I mark a previously read notification in my desktop inbox as unread and open it again.
  • The issue appears to only occur if the notification is about a task assigned to me via a request form notification - it doesn't occur for tasks assigned to me by someone manually in a Wrike table. I'm only setup to be notified on one request form in our space so I don't know if the issue is specific to this form or all request forms. 
  • I'm on an iPhone 16 Pro iOS 26.1 and a 2024 Macbook Pro Tahoe 26.1 but the issue has been happening on previous iOS versions too. 

Has anyone else experienced this or know what the fix might be?

May I know which version of the app are you on? If you're not on the latest version then I'd request you to update to the latest version via App Store.
I hope that being on the latest version of the app alleviates your issues. If not then my team can investigate further.

I'm on Version 4.6.0 (4.6.0.2905). I clicked the 'check for updates' button and it says I'm on the latest version.

Hi Claire!

If you go to the Apple's app store and search for "Wrike", it will take you to our app's landing page. The latest version mentioned there is Version 2025.4.3. The version that you are mentioning may be an internal/in-app versioning system. I'd request you to check on the App store page if you see that latest version and check if you are on the latest. If you see the "update" option there then I'd request you to update.

If you are already on the latest and still seeing the issue, then please let us know and we will try to triage this further.
