Hi Kevin Buchan 👋 It is possible to import multiple projects using a single XLS file.

A few points to note regarding formatting guidelines 👇
  • The Excel file must have specific column headers in the first row.
  • The title and description columns are mandatory; others can be left empty if not needed.
  • Each row should have a unique key number to identify tasks and manage dependencies.
  • For projects, the title should be enclosed in forward slashes, and a valid status must be assigned.
You can download a template directly from the import dialog in Wrike by navigating to the folder, project, or space where you want to import, clicking the three-dot menu, selecting Import > Excel, and then choosing to download a sample template. I hope this helps! Do let me if you have any further questions 🙌
