Server Side Error

Hello, 

Writing here in hopes someone might help me fix this issue ASAP. Since yesterday I've been receiving this pop-up error when I upload an Excel doc to Wrike. I know my formatting is correct. I've tried troubleshooting the issue by moving the doc to my desktop for upload, using a different PC, using a different browser, and waiting 24 hours. Still, no dice. This error is still happening. I did reach out to Support and am still waiting for an answer. If anyone has any other troubleshooting advice, I'm all ears.
