Show spaces first in Dropdown

I only have one suggestion: don't have spaces with really short names!  

But it would be really great if we could filter a search by spaces, folders, item types in order to narrow down the responses to make them actually useful.

Upvoted—completely agree that having a filter to distinguish between spaces and projects/folders would be a valuable improvement, not just for automation but across all tools.

Our use case centers around dashboards. We have many cross-functional team members working across multiple clients, and being able to point widgets to specific client spaces helps them stay focused on priority work. Even though our space names are distinct, the current dropdown often surfaces frequently used projects or folders instead—making it harder to target the correct space when managing multiple clients.

This enhancement would go a long way in improving usability for teams juggling complex work across several areas.
