Add To: or Cc: Recipients as Followers to Tasks Created via Email
When someone creates a task via the email integration (emailing wrike@wrike.com), they often include other people in the To and Cc fields. Their intent is almost always that those other people (or groups) stay informed about the task. Currently, Wrike members in the To: field are granted access to the task. It would be wonderful if there was a way to automatically add people from the To and Cc fields as Followers.
Two ways this might look: 1)a configuration option, or 2) enabled by expanding automations to be able to control the Followers and be able to read To and Cc from tasks created via email.
We're testing Wrike as a possible project management and ticket management system. Easy creation of bug reports and IT requests via email is critical, as is keeping all stakeholders informed. The inability to set Followers via email is a major deficit for us.
