Request Form: Pop-Ups

Hi everyone,

I’d love to see an option in the request forms that allows for a pop-up statement to appear. For example, if a question requires a yes or no answer, and the user selects "yes," a pop-up could remind them to upload a related document or inform them that a different request form needs to be submitted.

As a workaround, we've been using a follow-up question with a required acknowledgment, but I’m curious—has anyone else encountered this, and what solutions or workarounds have you found?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Hi again Kelly St Cyr :)

We use a mix of the help text per question and also have used a one-option multi-select checkbox to put in a mandatory acknowledgement. If there is a task that they need to handle right away, we usually include it as one of the first ones in the blueprint, assigned to Requester, and then swapped to author via automation (as described in your other post).
