Filter by Fiscal Year

Hello, Can we get a Fiscal Year option on the date range option for filtering? I have added a custom field for fiscal year but it is impossible to ensure that all tasks are filled out with this field. We do so much of our reporting based on the Fiscal Year and the quarter. This would greatly improve the dashboards.
