Export notes from tasks within a project

Hi Dieter van Hassent I'm not sure if this is possible or not but a potential workaround that we do is we have created a custom field that is a free text field and we add any important notes there and then if needed that can all be exported.

Welcome to Wrike Community, Dieter van Hassent 🎉 I believe you'd like to export specific data, such as task descriptions, when exporting to Excel. This is indeed possible when exporting from the 'Table' view. Here’s how you can do it:

• Navigate to the relevant project in the Table view.
• Click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
• Select "Export project to Excel." 👇🏼

The exported file should include a column for Descriptions, where the task description content will be present. Let me know if this helps!👍🏽

Dieter van Hassent By "notes", do you mean the Task Description, or the Comment History? If you're looking for the Task Description to be exported to Excel, you can pretty easily achieve that via the Wrike Sync add-on. There's a spreadsheet-only level that's a pretty reasonable price, and you can tie it directly to Google Sheets so that really any field you want pushes directly to that document. Wrike Sync appears to be a whitelabled piece of software from Unito - I trialed it, and it works pretty well - your milage may vary.

In the three-dot menu on the space level, it's also possible to export. You'll have two options: all projects and folders and all or filtered tasks.
