Wrike Backup Tool - Internal server error

I have successfully run a full backup a few weeks ago, but am now receiving the following error when using the Windows cmd line backup tool:

Error on calling Wrike server: server_error - Internal server error
Error! Application has stopped working: com.wrike.apiv4.client.WrikeException: server_error - Internal server error

I have seen a similar post in this help center, but no solution is posted - just a confirmation that a resolution was reached privately.
