Notification message when comment has not been sent

When a comment is left unsent, is there a way to notify the user, reminding them to review and/or Send the comment? On several occasions, our team members, including myself, thought they clicked or forgot to click Send without actually doing so. The message was not received, thus delaying the progress of the project and task.

Danielle Venturo Totally agree - this has happened to me a few times however I did notice that if you navigate back to that item where the comment was unsent, it's usually still in the comment box (unless you close the session). Still, I could see the value in a notification for this - maybe one that pops up to ask if you want to continue without sending the comment / that it will be lost if you navigate away or to resume and send your comment.
