Include a function to report bugs

Hi! 

I found myself recently encountering a bug with the tool in regards to request forms and realized that there was no clear place to report bugs.

• We have a Community forum with different sections about numerous topics. The classification of sections doesn't include one about reporting bugs. The closest one might be Product Feedback, but that should be about suggestions to improve the whole Wrike experience, interface, features, etc. and not about bugs.
  
  
• We have the in-app Feedback button which I believe opens a ticket. This is similar to the Product Feedback forum though, as it's meant to share feedback on what we like/don't like about our experience in the tool.

• We have the help chat and ticket submission form on Wrike Help Center. Sometimes we need to ask for help on something, only to realize that it's a bug, however sometimes we know from the get go that there is an issue to report. It sometimes takes time to connect with someone from support and while I've been using this section at times to report issues I see, I feel like the representatives should be focusing their time on answering users' support questions, not relaying messages to the engineers, for example; I often feel bad for jumping in the queue to report something!
  
  

I think it could be beneficial to have an option to report issues, perhaps similar to the in-app Leave feedback option. That way, there is a dedicated outlet to report bugs that could be impacting our usage of Wrike. I do really like how the Leave feedback option is directly in-app so we don't need to navigate outside of Wrike to mention something to the team. I also really like that there is a subject dropdown with the option to write our own; this could help on the backend to classify which bugs are affecting which aspect of the tool. I think one thing that could be added if this were to be implemented is an attachment box so we can automatically attach images or screen recordings to illustrate what's happening! My recommendation would be to add this "Report issue" option under "Leave feedback" (see screenshot of the in-app Assistant below).
