Show how many times a Request Form was used

Hello, 

It would be nice if there was a way to tell how many times a Request Form was used.

For example, if there was a way to see this in Wrike Analyze or, even more simple, have a column called "Active, this month" like the Automations have:

 

We have so many Request Forms and it would really help us to understand how much they are being used. This need came up in our recent Request Form audit/cleanup initiative and since we also don't know who owns the form, we have to do quite a bit of chasing to find the right person to ask.

Love this idea! We recently cleaned up our request forms, and during that process we were having to ask around to see if the forms were still being used, and it was believed that one of the forms wasn't ever used, but we found out shortly after deleting it that the form was in fact in use and we had to recreate it.

Thanks for supporting, Ashley Fischer! Totally understand your experience there - been there for sure! 

Especially with folks changing teams or leaving the company, sometimes we can't track down the owner(s) of a given form to really know if it's something that still needs to be supported and maintained!

Yes - love this idea! I currently have to email our CSM to request this info and it would be so helpful to have that data already available to us (or be able to pull the data ourselves like “activity reports”).

Meredith Selden I didn't even know that information can be provided! I recall asking our former Wrike Professional Services specialist (via the paid service plan) and they told me they couldn't retrieve that information. I can't remember if I asked my CSM in the past, but I'll write to them and ask if that's something they can provide!
