Hi Basudha Sakshyarika, is there a specific community forum to use for questions about Data Hub?ย I can see that this might be a really good feature for us, but I have some questions about it - where's the best place for me to ask those?ย ย
Nice! When will these advanced filters roll out for other field types like multi- and single-selection? Example: Multi-select field value contains "marketing".
Datahub is a nice try to make Wrike more capable for everything. The question I have: is Wrike no project management sofwtare anymore? Basic things for project management are missing since years and requested by the community. Nothing happens. On the other hand datahub makes Wrike a more general tool. If Wrike develops to a general tool we have to think about searching a project management software to replace Wrike, as this is the use case for us and Wrike does not improve well in this area.
Dan, we have no such plans at the moment. We assume that the list of the values is not that long and it's easy to select all corresponding values there. Let me know if it's not the case for you.

Vladimir Bugay are there any plans to allow Datahub to connect to external databases?ย For example, we have an asset management system that uses a DB stored in Azure SQL.ย It would be incredible to connect records in Wrike to records in the asset tracking system but there is no way we'd want to recreate the asset DB within a Wrike Datahub database.
Vladimir Bugay the assumption is not correct for our use case. For example, we have one single-select CF with 264 different options, and the list changes monthly (sometimes more frequently). A manually maintained filter like the one you suggested is too much effort to maintain. Please consider taking the advanced filters Wrike has already developed and applying them to other CF types besides text. Thanks.
Dan C, thanks for the clarification! Have you considered introducing group-level CF that aggregates/combines those distinct options into some bigger groups like Marketing? It can be filled out by the automation and then you'll be able to select a single option to report on the entire group of values.
Phil, unfortunately I'm not qualified to respond to your question but I've passed it to another member of the team. Thanks!ย

Phil Taylor Please feel free to start a new How to post or let me know if you'd like someone from Wrike to reach out to you to discuss Datahub ๐
Sven Passinger I understand your feedback, but Wrike definitely stays in work management, and Datahub allows even more options for managing work and data.ย

Hi Lisa - I already created one in the Product Feedback section (Datahub - connect to external RDBMS? โ Wrike Help Center).
Shall I create one in How To too?ย Or can you move it? :-)
Lisa if Wrike wants to be a work management system why does it not introduce features which are needed and which are already implemented in other products like MS project (see the corresponding community wishes) (example: management of material like lab usage, possibility to make a break in a task (to split it into two just by a klick))
