Wrike Analyze: Time Tracking Board

Have you given our templates a try already? I believe you could also test New Dashboards: they don't have complex metric functionality like Wrike Analyze, but they're much easier to master and they include lots of templates and functionality too! I would recommend checking out the templates first and then customizing them to your use case by editing the widgets and filters:

 

• Wrike Analyze:

1. Utilization & Performance: this template does not show project data, but it shows total team time, including their work hours and capacity.

2. Capacity Planning: this report is a combination of both analytics data models: it has both project and timelog data.

 

• New Dashboards:

1. Team time spent - a great overview of the main timelog-related metrics! It includes widgets with a breakdown by project, category, user and other basic parameters.

2. Team utilization this month - very similar to the analytics Utilization & Performance report.

3. Team capacity this month - similar to the utilization dashboard, but it includes project data as well.
