Monthly check-ins with team members

Hey everyone, 

One thing that I've done with my team members is schedule monthly meetings with them individually to go over their Wrike tasks. This allows me, as the project manager, to see their current workload, ensure that their tasks are up to date, and, if anything isn't in Wrike, ensure that it gets added to Wrike. The meeting usually takes about 30 minutes.  I hope this tip helps you!
