Are any financial institutions using Wrike for rate change tracking?

Featured

Good morning, Wrike community!

I am the account owner for a marketing department at a credit union. One of our most dysfunctional processes involves rate changes. I'm wondering if there are any banks or credit unions that would be willing to share how they use Wrike to handle this.

Our workflow is super clunky because the requests come from different departments and we're the only department here that uses Wrike.

Sometimes we get rate changes for multiple products at once (personal loans, credit cards, savings accounts, checking accounts, etc.) AND multiple rate changes for each product. The rates and details we publish for each product also vary by location (website, brochures, third-party sites).

For example: for checking, we disclose the max APY on our site, third-party sites, and print materials. For personal loans, we disclose the lowest APR on several landing pages, but the rates for each tier are on our rates page. However, we use a different rate to calculate a sample payment on yet another page.

There are lots of times where we have to go back historically and try to figure out what the rate(s) used to be and when they changed.

Thankful to anything y'all are able to share! Happy October 🎃
