[From Wrike] Spaces in Datahub 🛰️

Hi everyone! 👋

We are thrilled to announce a major update for Datahub: Spaces! 🛰️

Now, your Datahub tables are connected to specific spaces in your Wrike account, making the data navigation a breeze! 

How Spaces Work

• New Entry Point: Say goodbye to the old Profile menu link! Now, access your Datahub tables directly through a dedicated link in the navigation tree of a specific Wrike Space.

• Dedicated Spaces for Tables: Just like Wrike Projects and tasks, every Datahub table is now created within a specific Space. No more account-level tables! Initially, users with access to a specific Space will have full access to its Datahub tables. Before we reach General Availability (GA), we'll introduce enhanced access rights and permissions management.
• Cross-Space Accessibility: You can utilize Datahub data beyond the Space where it was created. When adding links to Datahub fields, you can link to any table you have access to, regardless of its Space. This feature enables seamless data sharing across different Spaces.

Migration Process

Previously, Datahub didn’t support Spaces, so all existing tables were at the account level. Here's how we’re transitioning:

• We’ve created a new public Space called “Data from Datahub beta," granting access to all users who previously had access to Datahub.
• All existing Datahub folder structures and tables have been copied into this new Space, ensuring uninterrupted access to your data.
• Following the migration, utilize the Move Table feature to ensure all tables are placed in the correct Spaces. Once reorganized, you can remove the temporary Space, “Data from Datahub beta.”
