Pin Request Forms - Unique to Each User
Hi All,
I have seen a post similar to this called "Pin Request Form in New Experience" (https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/1500000169521-Pin-Request-Form-in-New-Experience) originally posted in 2021. The format of Wrike is a bit different from when the New Experience was rolled out, but I'd still like to be able to pin request forms, which would make specific request forms stand out individually per user.
Our company has over 200 request forms used by all our facilities and departments, and there are about eight I use regularly and would like to pin. I have to scroll through the huge list each time I use one of these forms, which aren't always one of the two most-frequently-used.
I would like to be able to pin forms to my sidebar and also to the top of the request form list (along with "Recently Used," "Suggested for you," and "All," which are the current categories available).
One of the workarounds mentioned in that other post by Lisa was to use space bookmarks, which many companies -- including mine -- are already doing. This only makes the request form specific to the workspace used by a number of users, rather than to the individual user (unless every user creates bookmarks in their Personal space, which not all do, or know how to do). Bookmarks also require more clicks to get to than a sidebar pin.
