Wrike Datahub Session - Follow-up

Was the session recorded? I wasn't able to make it. We just recently started using Datahub so I'd love to see it!

a couple of issues and questions I had.  Not sure if it's best to start separate threads for each.

• Custom fields sourced from data hub get error on Dashboards.

One or more custom fields used here were moved, deleted, or unshared with you. To fix this, you’ll need to change this widget’s settings.

• Data entry is a little awkward
• Create record, “enter” to create record.
• Then find record navigate to second field
• “Enter” to edit 
• Enter data 
• “enter” to save field 
• “tab” to get to next field 
• Repeat 
• No record view
• Filtering
• First column of data always seems to be limited to
• Name - “Name”
• Type = “Text”
• It’s not editable and you can not filter on this column
• Can you link custom field to a view?
• Data hub allows different views and different filtering for each view,
• When creating a custom field you can’t select which view to use for the data.
• Eg. Field “rank”  has two options “1” & “2”.   View “one” is filtered to only show records where rank = 1 but we can’t use this for the look up in the custom field

• Plan to add calculation fields?
• basic logic and Concatenation filelds.

I wasn't unable to attend the session but I hope it's OK to butt in and ask a question!  Are there any plans to allow Datahub to connect to external RDBMSs?  That would be an incredible help for us and would really unlock the potential of this new feature.

Hi Phil, thanks for your interest in Datahub! We have a public API with which you can connect to external data sources such as relational databases.
