Locked Questions/Fields on Request Forms

We have many request forms that are built for very specific purposes but we utilize some of our account-wide custom fields to map specific information like Deliverable, Region, Market, etc. 

In most instances, we have a default selection set up in the form manager and we do not want the requestor changing the default selection because it will notify the wrong people, or have otherwise unexpected results. It would be great if we could set some form questions with a default response and then lock that field so that a requestor cannot change the value. Our workaround for this today is to add INTERNAL ONLY or other warnings to the field question but not everyone reads that or they may choose to ignore it and change the value anyway. Locking would address this issue.
