Blurry pictures on Android compare to iOS
I've been getting blurry pictures on my Android tablet and phones from the first time i subscribe, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I can open and zoom in on pictures normally on iPhones or iPads, but not on Android devices. I also don't have any issues with my internet speed. Are others experiencing the same problem?
Hi Alex! This would be a device related concern, primarily on the screen resolution. Most android devices generally have a lower pixel density as compared to iPhones due to which there could be a disparity in sharpness that you observe. There is no deterioration of the images, just a change in pixel density between the devices.

Hi Arpit, it's not from resolution, because I can zoom the pictures on my iPhone, and it's not blurry. In Android, the images are all blurry like it's not completely loaded, and it's not because of my internet speed issue, because I let my Android device load the picture for about 30 minutes, but it's still blurry. So I think it's your App compatibility issue because it's not only on my Android device, my colleague also has this problem as well, but not on an Apple device.
