Perhaps my phone is getting too old, but the Wrike App usually takes quite a while to load.
Especially Dashboards take fairly long. As an Account Admin, I would appreciate it, if I could edit and create Dashboards on the go.
I personally would also prefer a more table-view like Timesheets on the App.
Overall still great to keep in touch on the go though!
Hi Florian! What version of the app are you using? A new version of the mobile app has just been released for iOS and for Android we are hoping to get it to the app store by next week. In this new release we have the new dashboard experience that will be available that is in-line with the new Web experience. You will also be able to see your pinned dashboards in the pinned section.
The new dashboards on Web are highly configurable and there are a lot of widgets that currently are not supported on mobile. Due to the vast configurations and filters available for dashboards and widgets maybe editing or creating dashboards on a mobile screen would not be a wholesome experience. Its great to see that you are finding value from the mobile app!

Hi Arpit Shekhar! I'm currently running Version 2024.2.4(2020062112).
I have noticed that the new functionality of the dashboards is here. We are currently facing a bit of trouble trying to make them work. (Load ages and then show an error code).
For me as an Admin, it would just be easy to help other users when they face issues with their dashboard on the go. Currently I can fix that by having them screenshare via Teams.
Hi Florian, You can now upgrade to 2024.3.0!! This will give you the latest array of features we have implemented in mobile. Look out for the all new dashboard experience, along with better support of widgets. You can now also see the dashboards that you've pinned on desktop in the mobile app's pinned section. For the load-time issues, I see you are in talks with our support team and hope that we are able to resolve your concern at the earliest.
