Workflow Change upon CIT Change

Allow for setup of automatically having the workflow change if a CIT is changed. We have workflows setup per CIT but in some cases allow for the CIT to change. E.g. We use type project for our projects and our work requests but they both have different workflows. Users can change between projects and work requests, but the workflow doesn't change automatically, which interferes with dashboard and reporting again.

I have run into this issue as well.  It's fine if the user remembers to change the workflow, but that doesn't happen most of the time.
