Request Form History

Currently, an activity report is the only way to know the creator of the request form or who has modified the form - but this is only available in the Enterprise plan.  Are there any plans to add this to other plans?  This would be very helpful for us because if we know who created it, we can be sure to discuss this with the person before making any changes to the form.  Also, if changes are made to a form without informing the creator, we should be able to look into the "history" of the form to know what changes were made by which user.
