Add a check boxes to the Wrike task created by a Request Form

We have a request form that, for example, asks for a quote to be raised for a customer. Once the task has been created by the Request Form I would like to add a few check boxes to the task such as

* Quote Raised

* Quote QC'd

* Quote emailed to customer

* Customer responded

Is there a way I can do this?

Yes Tom Napier,
you can create a CIT (Custom Item Type) for this kind of request.
Then add each checkbox as Custom Field and move as visibile in Custom Item Type.

Hello Tom,

The easiest way to achieve this is by having the request form create a new task from blueprint. Just create a blueprint with the needed checkboxes.

Alternative ways to solve this would be a custom workflow with the corresponding statuses as you describe or you could use a custom item type with a custom field that also has the possibility to select a value based on your described statuses, either with checkbox fields or single select. These options would make your requests more filterable, trackable and reportable
