Public Request Form Name and Email IDs

We would like to have the Field IDs setup on the Public Request form for the "Name" and "Email" fields that you can make required at the end of the request form for users who are not in Wrike.  We wish to use this in the API so we may push this information to Wrike and respond to the user on the Task via email from Wrike without them having to fill out the Wrike request form.  This will allow us the keep the email trail within Wrike as well.
