Performance of Wrike Analyze plummets in the UK after 2pm

Hi,

Has anyone in the UK or Europe noticed that the performance of Wrike Analyze seems to plummet in the afternoons?  Is this because the US starts work around this time and the system can't handle the load?  I'd been keen to get others' feedback!

Hi Phil Taylor - yes, absolutely! I've logged a few tickets about this but keep getting (very friendly and well-meaning) responses back but no solutions. Especially the last few weeks things seem to have slowed down to an absolute crawl and it's really impacting how long it takes me to build or update reports. Reports taking 5+ minutes to load, some widgets take even longer than that, getting the "something went wrong" error more times than I can count, or worst of all, after building out widgets and saving it, the report reverts back to the earlier version without having saved the changes. It's really frustrating.

Hi Fleur Komen, thanks for replying! This is quite concerning isn't it!  We pay handsomely for the privilege of being able to use the generally fantastic capabilities of Wrike Analyze, but it is becoming essentially unusable for me for 1/3 of our working day. I have escalated this to my account manager and I will update this thread if I hear anything.  Friendly and well-meaning responses are all well and good, and evidence that Wrike has good people working for it (which is great!) but we need some change to happen here I think.

Hi Phil Taylor - I'm actually quite relieved to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this! I kept hearing "on our end it's working just fine" from support.
And couldn't agree more - it's a great product with a lovely team supporting it, but if you can't properly make use of the features then what's the point...
I would really love to see change happen here, because I've spent a tonne of time getting our reporting set up internally on Wrike (not to mention learning how to use it in the first place) and am now facing the reality of it not functioning, or so poorly, that I must explore other options to support our reporting needs.

Hey Phil! I'm sorry for the poor performance of WA for you. We made substantial improvements recently, and I would suggest filing a ticket with the support with the specific boards listed so we can take a closer look on our end.
