Adding parent folder
A useful organizational tip I have employed involves using the "Add Parent Folder" feature as a conditional branching option. This approach ensures that any project or task created via the request form is automatically tagged to the designated parent folder, alongside being saved to the specified location.
Do you have that set up via the blueprint task/project or do you do that during a dynamic form?
Florian Gascho, This is set up in the request form.
In the above you can see the created task is now in my personal space as well as my "Production" folder I have created for my production line, when my production manager for example updates a status it will reflect in my personal space is it is essentially one task displayed in 2 places.
