Show users with zero time spent

Every week I export a report of my department's timesheets, and every week there are a few people who have forgotten to complete their timesheets.   At the moment it's impossible to flag who this is in Wrike - users with zero time spent just don't appear in dashboards and reports.

Please allow users with zero time spent to be visible!  Right now the solution is comparing the list of timesheet completers to the full list of employees (manually or in Excel), and that is terrible.

Yes! I have to submit my sheets as an excel report for senior leaders and if someone is on PTO, they still need to show up on the report as zero, and I annotate the reason why. Right now, I have to add them in manually.

Lisa came upon this thread. I started using timesheets in the past few weeks and am running into the problem of trying to figure out who has not submitted their time sheet each week. Is there a report or view that can show me users who have not submitted?

I hope you don’t mind me stepping in for Lisa here. Currently, Wrike does not provide a direct built-in report or view that explicitly shows users who have not submitted their timesheets each week.

As a workaround, you could set up an automation rule. (for example, you could create a status in the custom workflow "time tracking", that would be triggered when certain criteria is met - such as due date is in 1 day) and would trigger @mention to assignee "don't forget to track the time".

If you need any further assistance, please let me know. I’d be happy to raise a Support Ticket on your behalf so one of our experts can get in touch with you. Thanks!
