Cannot add attachments in request form on mobile app

Hello Wrike Team.

We have created a request form with the option to attach a file. When we use the mobile app to submit a request with an attachment, it won't be created. The app will show the message indicating that our request was successfully created, but there is no option to show it. When we submit the request without any attachment, the app will create a request correctly, and we can see it. 
We experience this problem only when using the mobile app. Submitting the request with an attachment on PC works just fine.
I should mention we can add attachments once we have successfully submitted the request on the mobile app, but it has to be submitted first. We cannot attach any file directly in the request form because that way the request won't be created.

I cleared the app cache and reinstalled it, but it didn't help. I've tried to upload different files from one drive or directly from my phone to see if this can be a problem, but still, I haven't been able to submit the request.

Could you help me resolve this issue?

Just wanted to add that we're having the same issue--request form will work properly on mobile with no attachments, but if an attachment is added it won't create as it should. Using the same request form on desktop works with no issues when adding attachments. The worst part is once submit is clicked it says it's worked--which means folks think their form has been submitted but no one receives it.
